                      On 30/10/2018 we conducted a capacity building programme as part of Psychology education  based on the topic ' Creativi ty ' under the guidance of Nimmy teacher. Our classmate Rev. Fr.Mathew Baby was selected as the moderator. The students are divided into six groups. Each group contains 8 or 9 members.                      I am the member of fifth group.We conducted two tasks. 1. Pattern drawing :- The students are provided with a marker pen and a chart containing 9 dots. The task was , draw a pattern including all the dots at a stretch. 2. Cartoon with a Story :- Students are provided with different colour sketches and a chart containing circles. The task was, draw any cartoon in the circle and give story for that. Association programmes 2018 of Physical science department was conducted on 26/10 /18 afternoon section. After prayer, theme was announced by Principal Roy sir. Theme is ' SPECTRA'.                        We have a mini skit, group song about the college, a dance performance, and a group song about school life. Also we arranged some interesting games such as Candle lighting game, Word finding game, and Identity the person. Students from other departments participated in these games. We also arranged prizes for the winners. The prizes are distributed by the Principal.                   The programme was ended with national anthem. It was a grant success because of the support and guidance of our class teacher, Sharon teacher and also the coordination among students.

On 17/10/2018, our college organised  games competition for first year BEd students. The games are chess and badminton. Total students are divided into four groups. Teams are selected from each group for participation to the games. The competition is successfully coordinated under the guidance of Principal and Joju sir. Non participants also have role in their areas such as refreshment arrangement, cleaning etc. All students participated in this games competition.

Questioning is one of the most important skill in the teaching learning process. It is help to understand the previous knowledge of the student, and to maintain discipline and interest. Micro teaching based on this skill was conducted on 15/10/2018, Monday. I was selected the topic 'Metalloids'. It takes 6.13 minute. For this I prepared a chart material, which shows the names of matelloids present in our world.  After the segment teacher and observers gives valuable feedback. " Micro teaching is defined as the scaled down teaching encounter practicing one skill at a time. " On 12/10/2018 Micro teaching of different skills are practiced by teacher trainees as per the part of BEd curriculum. I have got ' Skill of black board writing '. For this I selected the topic 'Chemical bonding.' Peer group from different departments act as students and peers from our class as observers. I was take 8.33 minutes to present the topic.  After the segment teacher and observers gives valuable feedback. It will helps to improve the skill. Components of the skill 1. Legibility 2. Our college organised SUPW (Socially Useful Product Work) programme as part of the BEd curriculum. Mohanlal Sir ( G.H.S.S Sadananthapuram ) came into our college as resource person. He said about the need and requirement of knowing a job. He teaches how to prepare a paper carry bag. Now a days, paper carry bag has great relevance, because of plastic pollution. Materials required : Chart paper, gum, scale, scissors, eyelets, punching machine, eyelet punch, hammer. Procedure :  1. Take a piece of chart paper and make a crease at the center. 2. Paste the two sides together with glue. Allow it to dry for some time. 3. Fold both sides of the paper. The thickness of the fold will determine the space inside the bag. 4. Open the folds and along the creases made fold inwards on both sides. 5. Fold the bottom of the bag for a length around 3/4th of the thickness of the side. On 28/09/2018 an awareness class was taken by Mr. Ashwinth sir, Excise department Pathanapuram. It is about the topic ' Drug Abuse'. The topic  was very relevant in our present society, also he delivered it very interestingly. After the class, there was also a chance to clarify our doubt. It was very useful class for us.
