On 28/09/2018 an awareness class was taken by Mr. Ashwinth sir, Excise department Pathanapuram. It is about the topic ' Drug Abuse'. The topic  was very relevant in our present society, also he delivered it very interestingly. After the class, there was also a chance to clarify our doubt. It was very useful class for us.

11/09/2018 The day is used to craft education and making of some wonderful materials, under the guidance of Principal Roy sir and Riju sir. They helps and motivates us. Shamna, Neethu, Jasmi, Sandra, and Bijin are the resource persons. Woollen doll, Rose flower, Geometric shape, Hibiscus, and  Pineapple are maked by different materials. The products are then valuated by Sharon teacher and Jisha teacher. 1.Woollen Doll Materials required : Wool, book, gum, sequence, scissors. Procedure : Fold the book. Then revolve the wool around the book horizontally in 30 times. Then it is remove from the book and fold at the two ends. It is kept in to later use. Then take the balance wool and revolve vertically around the book at 60 times. Remove from the book and fold one end. Then the rest part is separated in to two and fold one end of each part. Then the middle portion, the already maked material is inserted and fold tightly. The sequence is used to make the doll's eye. It is then decor...

September 5, Birthday of Dr. S. Radhakrishnan, second President of India is celebrating as Teacher's day. Teacher's day is always important to teachers training college. BMM Training College Kottarakara arranged a celebration. Chief guest of that occasion was Dr. C.Unnikrishnan ( HOD of Malayalam, KSSDB College Sasthamkotta, Central Sahithya Academy Member, Writer and Orator). He inaugurated the meeting and also give a beautiful message. Our local manager Rev. Fr. Georgekutty, Principal Roy sir and Hari sir felicitated the occasion. Students give certain gifts to their teachers. Some other programmes was also conducted such as teaching seniors to juniors, speech about Dr. S. Radhakrishnan, Experience sharing about influenced teacher, honouring of teachers etc. This is something a new experience and also an inspiration to became a teacher.

Organising fresher's day help to identify and improves skills and also helps to throw off stage fright among the pupil. On 31 August 2018, second year B.Ed students of BMMTC Kottarakara gives a warm welcome to the fresher. The faculties give encouragement, and support to the students. Our seniors give variety of activities to us. All the new comers get a chance to perform on the stage. Seniors are well equipped with relevant music, videos and materials used for certain activities. At the end, they also arranged refreshment to us. The Principal and other faculties enjoyed this programme.

Kerala suffered a largest flood in its history. It was the worst flooding in Kerala in nearly a century. To help a hand of the affected people we, (Teachers, students, and other staff of  BMMTC Kottarakara) collected some amount. The first donation is hand over to one of thesecond year BEd student of our college who was affected flood. We are proud to be taking part of this programme. Prayers to all victims. Cleaning of college campus done  by first year BEd students on 14 August 2018 , of BMMTC Kottarakara. This is organised as part of 72nd Independence day celebration. All students interestingly participated to this cleaning process. Principal, Teachers, and Non teaching staffs supported students
