As part of the B.Ed curriculum, our second phase teaching practice was started at 4/11/2019 and ends at 10/1/2020. I have completed my 30 lesson templates, innovative lesson template, diagnostic test, innovative work, achievement test and conscientization program. The weekend reflections are conducted in our college regularly with the presence of our teachers. They give valuable instructions for us and the student teachers shared their experiences also. I can complete two chapters of physics for class 8 and two chapters of chemistry for class 9. I did  the diagnostic test it's remedial teaching and achievement test in class 8. Peer evaluation is also conducted. Optional teacher and general teacher visited to watch our class and gave feed back for us. On 3/11/2020, we arranged conscientization program on the topic ' SUBSTANCE ABUSE '. As a teacher trainee, I am very happy to complete my teaching practice successfully.  My innovative work is about the topic  ' Periodic table ' from the subject chemistry of standard 9. I make it as a game model. Students are interested to play the game.

On 2 December 2019, I had taken my innovative lesson template of ' Properties of acid and base'  from the unit Acids, Bases, and salts of standard 9. It was a role play model. Students prepared and presented the role play very well. It was a good and active class.

As part of B.Ed curriculum, the conscientization program was conducted in S.G.H.S.S Kottarakara on 3 January 2020. The program is about the theme ' Awareness class about drug abuse '. First of all the program started with a prayer. Then the introductory part was done by me. Then presented a drama about this topic by students. After that a short film about drug abuse was shown in front of students. The video is explained by Naifa. Then a small quiz competition was done by Reethu. The students shared their experiences. Then Rev. Fr. Mathew Baby would concluded the session. Poster making competition is also arranged about the same topic as a follow-up activity.

A general reflection about our second teaching phase was conducted in our college before Christmas vacation. Principal and all optional teachers are attended in the meeting. It was in the college auditorium. All student teachers was shared their experiences in these days. There are four teacher trainees in our S.G.H.S Kottarakara. I am completed my 30 lesson templates and  diagnostic test. Mentor teachers are supported as. 

The fourth weekend reflection of our second teaching phase was conducted on 30 November 2019 at our college. The reflection section was started at 10.00 am. In this week I can completed my 15 lesson plan. So that Conducted a diagnostic test at 8A class for the topic reflection in spherical mirrors. All students are presented for the test. Also arranged a remedial class for the topic.

The third weekend reflection of our second phase teaching practice was conducted on 23 November 2019. Principal and optional teachers are presented in this section. Each students shared their experience. Some students shared their experiences about conscientisation program. Teachers gives valuable guidance for us. I can complete 4 lesson plans in this week. The section was ended at 1.00pm.

The second weekend reflection was conducted on 16 November 2019. The meeting was started at 10am. Principal Roy sir gives instructions for the next week. Students shared their experience. Teachers corrected our lesson plans for the next week and give appropriate suggestions. The segment was concluded at 1.00 pm.

Our second phase teaching practice was started on 4 November 2019. The first weekend reflection was conducted in our college today. Each students of our option was presented their reflection in the presence of class teacher. I am doing my teaching practice in St.Gregorious high school, Kottarakara. The classes 9A and 8A are given to  me. Chemistry in 9A and Physics in 8A are my classes. I can complete 4 lesson plans in this week. Teaching aids, ICT are used. Classroom management is improved. My mentor teacher in both classes are Veena teacher. She is very supportive and gives guidance for me.

A SWOC analysis is a strategic planning tool that can be used during the curriculum assessment and review process to make informed decisions based upon collective input from multiple stake holders. It is used to identify Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Challenges of the existing program. We conducted a SWOC analysis with the presence of Roy sir. First students are divided into different groups. Each groups are of analysed the strength, weakness, opportunities and challenges of the school, where they are conducting the teaching practice. After the analysis, we presented the main point in front of the class. Then open discussion takes place. Based on this discussion, identify and summarise 3 - 5  key points. Similarly each group presented their SWOC analysis about their school .
